SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Boosted Mayhem! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

APPAREL — MADE TO ORDER
Boosted Mayhem apparel is printed or embroidered to order in the USA. Apparel orders enter production within 2–5 business days (allow up to 7 during holidays or high-volume drops). Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

PERFORMANCE PARTS
Performance parts ship brand new from our partner brands' U.S. facilities. In-stock parts typically ship promptly; some exhaust systems and packages are built to order and can take longer depending on the manufacturer's production schedule. Contact us at info@boostedmayhem.com for a lead-time estimate before ordering.

SHIPPING TIMES (after production/handling)
- United States: 3–5 business days (UPS Ground for performance parts)
- Total U.S. delivery: most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks
- Expedited UPS options for performance parts are available at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier or weather are outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES
- FREE U.S. shipping on all orders over $65
- Performance parts always ship free in the U.S. — no minimum
- Apparel orders under $65 ship from $8.49, calculated at checkout

SHIPPING AREA
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to resend.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, or your package is significantly delayed, reach out — we'll do everything we can to help track it down.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
