Shipping

Apparel — made to order

Every Boosted Mayhem apparel item is printed or embroidered to order in the USA. Orders enter production within 2–5 business days (allow up to 7 during holidays or high-volume drops), then ship with tracking. Most U.S. apparel orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks total (production + transit). Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Performance parts

Performance parts ship brand new from our partner brands' U.S. facilities. In-stock items typically ship promptly; some exhaust systems and packages are built to order and can take longer depending on the manufacturer's production schedule. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order is on the way. Want a lead-time estimate before you order? Ask us and we'll check for you.

Rates

  • FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $65
  • U.S. orders under $65 ship from $4.90, calculated at checkout
  • International rates (USPS / DHL Express) are calculated at checkout

International orders

We ship to 25+ countries. International delivery typically takes 1–4 weeks depending on destination and customs. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Addresses & lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping charge to resend. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it's significantly delayed, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Returns & exchanges

We have a 15-day return policy — you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returned products
  • Sale items, gift cards, and digital items are non-refundable

To start a return, email info@boostedmayhem.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo — apparel that arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size is replaced free of charge when reported within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take additional time to post it).
